ART started its activity crafting boxlock
and sidelock shotguns in 12ga and sub-gauges which
perfectly followed the tradition of smooth-bore shotguns
made in Italy. Hammer shotguns and “Boss”-type
Over and Under shotguns now complete the line.
Elegant, slender and fine shotguns which, especially in 20ga
and 28ga, feature perfect proportions and balance.
Easy-to-handle firearms which allow for plenty of customising:
from detacheable locks to self opening mechanism and, of course,
custom-made stock dimensions.
Our pictures will be enough for you to appreciate the quality
of our shotguns but you will have to handle them, open and  close
them and look at every small detail to really understand what
we can build for you!
All ART shotguns are provided with chopper lump barrels
which are fitted to the action body. Internal
parts are filed up and installed, the outside
of the action is filed to the shape and weight specified by
the customer, metal components are mirror hand-polished,
engraved and then heat-treated,
barrels and small parts are blackened, stocks
are oil polished and checkered.
Despite being a small firm ART can rely on
the experience of extremely skilled craftsmen and on the
most advanced CNC capabilities in the Valley for the
production of frames and internal components made from
the best materials available on the market.
